Today the Q2 ION is one of the smallest and lightest ultra-compact spark emission spectrometers for metal analysis available. It is a versatile multi-matrix system for comprehensive incoming material inspection and quality assurance of metal alloys. Tin

For accurate alloy composition monitoring, the Q2 ION is a flexible and cost effective analytical choice. Tin is an important alloying element for copper alloys and solder materials with other main applications being production of tinplate and pigments for colors.
